David Livorsi, Director of Turnaround, Through, and Layover Services

David Livorsi graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, served in the US Navy for five years as a Gas Turbine Mechanic, earned a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) for continuous improvement, and ran the Amtrak Norfolk, VA site as the QMP Supervisor for two (2) years. David joined the Drummac Management Team in 2015 and is based out of our Atlantic Beach, FL office. David is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations for the Drummac organization and serves as the primary liaison between Drummac and Amtrak Operations and Mechanical. During his tenure, David has served as direct oversight for all Drummac operations at Amtrak’s Outlying Points and has led the efforts to plan and scale the company’s resources to meet the evolving needs of Amtrak, utilizing our proprietary MAST and M-COP systems for resource management and planning.


George Frye, CMO, Mobile Mechanical Services (MMS)

George has over twenty-five (25) years of mechanical rolling stock experience in passenger rail. George oversees and manages mechanical operations and training for Drummac's Mobile Mechanical Services (MMS) business. His previous railroad experience includes many years with Amtrak in Washington, D.C. as machinist, electrician, car repairman, and locomotive dispatch supervisor. 


Jeff Medor, Director of Specialty Rail Services and Government Relations

Jeff Medor has over twenty-two (22) years of mechanical rolling stock experience in passenger rail. Jeff is responsible for managing the Drummac East Coast locations and serves as our Operation Lifesaver National Coach. Due to his direct supervision, Jeff’s team can handle and respond to out-of-area inspections and repairs for any operational needs. He brings an increased focus on training, safety, and operational awareness to our team’s culture.
